Namaste, welcome to Yoga with Isie. I’m a qualified Sanatan Yoga Teacher offering online yoga sessions and videos, group sessions, individual sessions and Yoga Therapy based in Narberth, Pembrokeshire, UK. Yoga has always been beneficial to me, not just physically but holistically. As a result, this has impacted my whole life. My aim is to share this with others, helping to create harmony, health and happiness.
During a YogIsie Sanatan Hatha Yoga session, you will experience:
- Quiet Sitting and Contemplation - Focusing on the breath, bodily awareness, arrival and grounding into the session
- Jattis - Shaking the body and moving the joints for tension and stress release as well as energetic cleansing
- Kriyas - Conscious physical movements using the breath from one posture to another
- Suriya Namaskar - explorations of Sun Salutations with added poses for a developing and balancing practice
- Asanas, Mudras and Pranayama - Held postures, gestures and energy enhancement practices using the body, hands and breath
- Jnana Yoga Kriyas or Yogic Relaxation - Deep guided relaxations with visualisations
A YogIsie Sanatan Yoga session is:
- Empowerment - to help you to look within and be the happiest and healthiest you can be

- Supportive - to develop self-care tools to use at any time and any place when you need them
- Beneficial - benefiting your mind (opportunities to switch off from daily life), body (developing strength and flexibility) and soul (developing a connection between mind, body and soul).
- Balancing - These classes are great for stretching and keeping our bodies fit and healthy. But, it's just not just for our physical bodies. It does include practices that may feel like a workout, however, the benefits go much deeper and subtler which support de-stressing the body and most importantly, the mind and soul. Together, we work through balancing the subtle energies of the mind, body and soul bringing you into a state of equilibrium which supports you through the rest of your being.
- Not a competition - we are all travelling through our own practice and development at our own pace and this should be respected on all levels.

First Aid Trained
During October 2020 I qualified in Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work which is valid for 3 years. I felt this is essential to provide the best quality care for the people attending my classes. I did this through the Cardiff First Aid Centre and the course leader, Alan Elworthy was great at making everything we learned relatable to our work. It was great that Alan is also a Yoga Teacher himself.
