I offer online Sanatan Hatha Yoga sessions focusing on balancing the energies of the mind, body and soul as well as releasing tension and any pent up toxins. This is the perfect opportunity to focus on developing a stronger mind-body relationship while relaxing, soothing and calming the mind. These sessions gently progress over a month and explore deeper and subtler aspects and sequences of Hatha Yoga. This is perfect for de-stressing and releasing the build-up of tensions accumulated during the busyness of day to day life. Online sessions mean you can join from the comfort of your own home. All you need to bring is your mat, some water, a blanket and a device.
