"I have been practicing Hatha Sanatan Yoga with Isie for quite some time now, both in person but also on-line during the lockdowns when it was incredibly helpful. Isie has a wonderfully relaxed and inclusive teaching style; I never got on with yoga before Isie's classes as I always thought you needed to be super-bendy, which I am most certainly not! This is gentle yoga with a big emphasis on breathing techniques which are so relaxing, and I have used the breathing to help in stressful situations outside the classes and it really does work! Isie's passion for yoga is really infectious and I always come away from her classes feeling calm and relaxed.
