My in-person group sessions provide the perfect opportunity to explore Sanatan Hatha Yoga together. Focusing on balancing the energies of the mind, body and soul as well as releasing tension and any pent up toxins. An opportunity to develop a stronger mind-body relationship while relaxing, soothing and calming the mind. Perfect for stress release and maintaining a healthy body and mind. All my weekly sessions gently progress over a month and explore deeper and subtler aspects and sequences of Hatha Yoga. Group sessions mean you can join in with other people in a safe space. All you need to bring is your equipment (mat, blocks, straps etc), some water, a blanket and yourself.
