What a whirlwind it has been these past few weeks. We have now moved into our new home in Narberth, South West Wales and things are beginning to feel a little settled.
I am continuing to provide Yoga Therapy online and in person so if anyone is interested in discussing this further, please let me know.
I'm now beginning to think about Yoga Sessions going forward, as many of you are located back in the Bristol area I would like to offer online yoga sessions where possible, if you are interested in attending online sessions, please let me know by replying to this email. This gives me an idea about how many are interested.
For those of you who are in the South West Wales area and do want to come to in person sessions, please let me know by replying to this email. I am intending to hold the sessions at Yoga Satsanga Ashram, Login.
I am also in the process of planning some retreats to be held at Yoga Satsanga Ashram. Please let me know if you're interested in any of those as well. These are to be held Friday to Sunday, dates TBC.
