Namaste beautiful souls. It has been a while since I updated you all, I have been riding this tide, ebbing and flowing and at last I feel like I have found my flow.
June is giving you all exciting opportunities for in person group classes at our amazing Long Ashton Community Centre which continues to be a COVID secure venue. Thursday hatha sessions at 7:30pm have resumed and Friday hatha sessions (term time only) at 1pm have begun. I also continue to provide online hatha and pranayama sessions weekly, both on Wednesdays at 7:45pm and 1pm respectively. Please get in touch if you would like to find out more information about attending any of these sessions or by completing my registration form.
I am continuing to offer one to one sessions which can be held in your home or at the Therapy Room in Long Ashton Community Centre, these can be hatha, pranayama or therapy based. Yoga Therapy is becoming a focus of these sessions and togther, we can tailor the practices to suit your needs and hopefully, manifest some balance in your life. I am continuing my Yoga Therapy studies which has been building over the past year, this course is due to finish this summer and I'm extremely pleased to be able to begin working with people both in person and online.
