I have been inspired by my dear friend Steff Green who recently talked about Yogic Principles to help in daily life – I’d like to talk about Ahimsa (non harm). When most people think of non harm they consider other people, the environment and animals. These are all incredibly important, especially in recent times. But for me, one of the most important aspect is the non harm to yourself! This could be physically, mentally, emotionally, socially. It takes on so many aspects! It could be the food that we eat, how we talk to ourselves, how we feel and recognising those feelings and the company we keep. My self care non harm tool today was taking the time for myself, a beautiful run through my local woodland. So maybe, take some time to look after yourself, even just for 5 minutes
