At the beginning of October I completed the Emergency First Aid for Work 1 day training through Cardiff First Aid Centre. I believe that having this means I can make sure our sessions are as safe as possible. To find out more about my classes please click here. The day was great! We were met by Alan Elsworthy, the course leader who spent time getting to know us all. This was perfect for the rest of the day because Alan was able to make many of the key points related to our lines of work.
I found it great because Alan is also a Yoga Teacher (this was one of the other reasons for me choosing to carry out this course with Cardiff First Aid Centre). I would highly recommend Alan and the Cardiff First Aid Centre to anyone wishing to complete a First Aid Course. Alan had also made lots of extra arrangements for the course to be carried out in a COVID-19 secure way. I felt safe at all times throughout the day and well cared for.
