Things have been a bit quiet having kept my 4 year old daughter busy for the Summer holidays and making our way through COVID-19. I'm excited to be back teaching and offering a very gentle and relaxating Hatha Yoga class. Due to the rising fuel costs, we've had a change of venue and day for the Hybrid Hatha Yoga session, I now hold this session at Narberth Wellness Hub, a centre for the focus on heaIth and wellbeing. This is a very intimate space and so booking is essential if you want to secure your space. I do hope you'll join me

I'm so excited to be holding the class at the beautiful Yoga Satsanga Ashram, Login. This is where I trained and the Yoga Hall is just perfect for in person and online sessions. February 2022 Update

Important News Update
I wanted to begin by thanking everyone who has practised with me over the past two years, we are approaching the 2 year anniversary of my first ever Yoga Session which I held at Long Ashton Community Centre. My goodness hasn't life changed since then. You have all supported me and practised with me and I am truly thankful, I wouldn't be where I am today without you all. I have learnt so much and continue to learn on a daily basis.
200hrs Yoga Therapy Certificate
I am pleased to announce I have now received my certificate for the 200hrs Yoga Therapy Course I attended online from June 2020 until August 2021. This was provided by Yoga Satsanga Ashram, Wales and accredited through Yoga Alliance Professionals. My teachers and guest teachers who helped deliver the course were outstanding and have supported me all the way in developing my knowledge. It has been an absolute privilege to work with my case studies, some of whom became ongoing care seekers. They allowed me into their lives and allowed me to help them with their problems. The feedback I received and the transformations that were experienced has helped me to realise I have found my path. You can read some of the feedback on the Testimonials page.
